Frequently asked questions

How does the LifeReview process work?

Simply respond to our gentle prompts about your loved one's life. We guide you through a reflective journey to uncover the most meaningful stories and final words.

Is the LifeStory final once it's written?

While we strive for accuracy, the LifeStory is a living tribute. It is a heartfelt reflection of your memories and can be revisited and shared as you see fit.

Can I write an obituary or eulogy for one who isn't a family member?

Absolutely. Anyone can honor a life. Whether you’re a friend, neighbor, colleague, or mentor, your perspective brings meaning and authenticity to their story. Many people also choose to write their own obituary in advance as a thoughtful way to shape their legacy.

How long does the LifeReview take?

The process is designed to be as gentle as possible. Most LifeReviews take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the depth of the memories you wish to share.

What if I don't have all the memories?

That is perfectly okay. We focus on the essence of their life. Even a few key moments can create a powerful and lasting tribute that resonates with others.
